These Terms of Service and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the services, agents, and technology (the “Services”) provided by Link AI, a business entity of EVERMEDIA CORP (“Link AI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at getlinkai.com/privacy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. That is the only Privacy Policy for Link AI.

Text messaging program

Link AI, a business entity of EVERMEDIA CORP (“Link AI”), operates a text messaging program under the brand name Link AI. This program is described on this page at getlinkai.com, which is the same domain as our business website. It is available to the public with no login.

What messages we send

If you opt in to the Link AI text messaging program, Link AI may send SMS messages about your Link AI account and, where you have separately opted in, product updates and promotional offers from Link AI. Examples include account alerts, billing notices, support follow-ups, and information about Link AI products such as inbox, phone, calendar, orders, tickets, forms, and campaigns.

If you are a customer of a business that uses Link AI, that business is the sender of its own texts. Those messages may include appointment confirmations, order updates, support replies, and other messages that business describes when it collects your consent. That business must obtain its own consent and disclose its own program details at opt-in.

Message frequency

You may receive up to 4 messages per month.

How to opt out and get help

  • Reply STOP to opt out of the Link AI text messaging program. After we process your STOP request, you will not receive further marketing or recurring program texts from that program.
  • Reply HELP for help. You can also email support@getlinkai.com or visit getlinkai.com/help.
